by commissioning me you are agreeing to the terms of service below
I.General
1.i have a right to not accept your commission order without any explanation
2.i have right to alter my tos at any time
II.Payment
1.All commissions must be fully paid upfront
2.i accept payment via paypal
III.process
1.Work in progress will be sent to you
2.my turnaround time depends on the queque,complexity of requested art, health/schol/work issues
3.feel free to ask about turnaround time when commissioning me
IV.refunding policy
1.i may refund you if i am unable to complete your commission for any reason
2.you have no right to demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received
3.if the money has not be sent,commissioner has the right to cancel commission
V.Usage policy
I hold every right to the produced drawing as the artist
the commissioner is allowed to:
-use the copyrighted artwork for personal use
-share the artwork with proper credit given to the artist
the commissioner mustn't:
-use the copyrighted artwork commercially(make money of it in any way)
-claim commissioned art as theirs
-remove any watermarks/signatures
-edit the art without my permission
